This is one of the last A-Z Mysteries in the series.

Ruth Rose wins four tickets to a Penelope Gwinn concert and invites her two friends, Dink and Josh, to go with her. The fourth ticket will go to her dad, because someone has to take them. The concert is great, even better than expected. During intermission, Dink has an accident and hurts his arm. On their way to the first-aid ten they learn that someone has stolen Penelope Gwinn's diamond necklace. Of course these three can't leave a mystery unsolved!
This is a great entry-level mystery for young readers. It has all the elements of a good mystery: crime, clues, red herrings, suspects, three determined kid detectives, and a satisfying conclusion.

TARGET AUDIENCE: 4-6 grades
