picked up a copy at Fortuna Middle School's Book Fair last week while looking
for mysteries. I couldn't resist Deadly Rocks, because if you've read through
my site, you know my husband I own a rock shop. If not, now you do. The book
comes with nine rock samples. The book is short (32 pages), but full of fun
facts, some rock lore and has a unique twist as to how some ordinary rocks can
be dangerous and other rocks are potentially deadly poisons. I won't spoil it
by leaking any more information. Younger kids, especially boys, should get a
kick out of this set.
