SECRET HIDING SPACE: HOLLOW BOOK
Need to hide something from prying eyes or fingers?
A HOLLOW BOOKS are great for this.
All you need is an old hardcover book. Emphasis on old, like one you bought at a yard sale for 25 cents. Dictionaries work great because no one looks in them much anymore, not when they can use a computer to look up words.
Open the book to about a quarter of the way through. Cut out a hole in the center of the pages. Make it as deep as you want, and be careful not to cut yourself. A sharp knife works best.
Stash your secret trinket inside and put the book on your shelf. If you don't tell anyone what you've done, your secret should be safe.
